We all know the importance of meditation in our life, but hardly anybody does it. Even if somebody tries to do so, finds himself or herself incapable of continuing it for long. Guided meditations can really help a lot in this aspect. We all know & are aware of our negative emotions like anger, anxiety, depression, repression, hatred etc. We all know that they are not good for us.
